777betpk Terms and Conditions — Rules for Philippine Users

1. Acceptance and eligibility

By accessing, registering or continuing to use any service offered by 777betpk at the domain https://777betpk.app, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not accept every part of these terms, you must immediately stop using the platform and close any open account.

To be eligible to hold a 777betpk account, you must:

2. Account registration and security

Each person may hold only one 777betpk account. Duplicate accounts will be merged or closed without notice, and any balance associated with a duplicate account may be confiscated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must:

• Log out after each session, especially on shared or public devices.

777betpk will never ask for your password by email, phone or chat. Any communication claiming to be from 777betpk that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team. Accounts found to be accessed by persons other than the registered holder will be suspended pending investigation.

Verification of identity is required before withdrawals are processed and may be requested at other times. Acceptable documents include a valid government-issued Philippine ID, passport or other documents specified by 777betpk during the verification process.

3. Deposits and withdrawals in PHP

All 777betpk account transactions are denominated in Philippine pesos. The following payment channels may be available depending on your account status and verification level: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet, BDO, BPI, UnionBank, Visa and Mastercard. Available methods are shown at the time of deposit or withdrawal request.

Deposits are generally credited after confirmation from the payment provider. 777betpk is not responsible for delays caused by third-party processors, bank systems or network issues. If a deposit is not reflected within the expected period, contact support with your transaction reference number.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as your 777betpk account. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed within the account area. 4. Placing bets and casino wagers

A bet or casino wager is considered accepted only when 777betpk issues a confirmation with a unique reference number. Until that confirmation is received, no contract exists between you and 777betpk for that selection. You should not assume a bet is valid based on a selection appearing on your screen before submission is complete.

Odds displayed before submission are indicative and may be updated before your bet is accepted. The odds shown on your confirmed bet slip are the final settled rate. 777betpk may refuse any bet at its discretion without providing a reason.

The following rules apply to all 777betpk wagers:

• Bets may not be cancelled or amended after acceptance unless the platform explicitly offers a cash-out or edit function for the relevant market.
• Events postponed, abandoned or decided by fewer than the minimum regulation period stated in the relevant sport rules will be settled according to the market-specific rules displayed for that event.
• Where an error in odds or market data is evident, 777betpk reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per selection and per event. These limits are displayed within the bet slip and may differ by market or competition.
• Casino game results are determined by certified random number generation or by live dealer equipment. 777betpk does not manipulate outcomes and does not guarantee that any session will be profitable.

Players are responsible for ensuring they have sufficient balance before placing a wager. 777betpk will not extend credit and does not allow negative balances. Wagering funds belonging to another person through your account is a breach of these terms.

5. Promotions and bonuses

777betpk may offer welcome bonuses, reload promotions, free bets, cashback and other incentives from time to time. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms which are published on the relevant promotion page and form part of these Terms and Conditions.

General rules that apply to all promotions unless stated otherwise:

• Only one promotional offer may be claimed per household, device or IP address unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonus funds are separate from cash balance and must satisfy stated wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit stated for each promotion. Bonus funds and associated winnings that remain incomplete at expiry will be forfeited.

6. Prohibited conduct

777betpk actively monitors account activity for irregularities. Where suspicious behaviour is detected, the platform may withhold withdrawals, request additional documentation and report the matter to relevant Philippine authorities before releasing any funds.

7. Account suspension and closure

777betpk may suspend or close an account at any time with or without prior notice if:

• There is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, abusive or prohibited activity.
• The account holder is found to be under the required age or ineligible under these terms.
• A valid court order, regulatory direction or law enforcement request requires it.
• The account has been inactive for an extended period as defined by the platform's dormancy policy.
• The account holder has requested voluntary closure or self-exclusion.

You may close your 777betpk account at any time by contacting support@777betpk.app. Pending wagers will be settled according to their normal rules even after a closure request is submitted. Remaining eligible cash balances will be returned to a verified payment method after standard identity checks have been completed and any outstanding review has been resolved.

If an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, 777betpk may retain any balance pending the outcome of the investigation and is not obligated to return funds tied to prohibited activity.

8. Responsible gaming

11. Amendments to these terms

Continued use of the 777betpk platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
